We understand things may arise which can conflict with your appointment, however, your time was exclusively reserved for you. We ask that you provide no less than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You may cancel via email, voice message or text. If you prefer texting, you must receive a response from us to confirm your cancellation within a
24 hour time period otherwise we will charge:

We understand traffic is bad in Houston and surrounding areas, but please allow ample time to get your appointment. We allow a grace period of 15 minutes from the time of your appointment. If you do not arrive in the allotted time, you may be required to reschedule your appointment and will be charged, $25 plus your No Show fee listed above.
Client / Membership Policies
Membership entitles the member to the service options listed in their selected membership type. For Rates/Payments for additional services, member must refer to our current member service rates listed in our Majestic Medi Spa Menu. Member is also allowed to purchase products at the specified percentage off discount listed for their selected membership type. All memberships are subject to the terms listed in this Majestic Medi Spa Policy and on the Majestic Medi Spa products & Membership Agreement. Membership is predicated on the fact that the members monthly payment is current and paid in full. Majestic Medi Spa,LLC reserves the right to terminate Majestic Medi Spa membership at any time and for any reason. Any prepaid monies due to the member will be refunded within 30 days of membership termination. Memberships and Membership dues are not transferable.

It is the responsibility of the Majestic Medi Spa customers and/or member to disclose any and all medical conditions which may affect if and how services may be performed. In the event a medical condition is disclosed or arises, that might be affected by our services/products, Majestic Medi Spa, LLC and its staff may require a member to provide a medical clearance form, signed by a doctor, in order to provide additional services and/or for a member to continue membership. In general, Majestic Medi Spa,LLC and its Majestic Medi Spa staff provide services and products that are not invasive in nature. Majestic Medi Spa,LLC, its staff and its owners are not responsible for any issues that may arise from the use of its products and/or services. See manufacturer labels for product and condition related warnings. Majestic Medi Spa, LLC, its employees and management are not responsible for member personal items that are stolen, lost or damaged in our Majestic Medi Spa location.
When you contact us, we'll ask you for your name, phone number, email address and home address and credit card information. Our preferred method of communication is via phone to book your appointment. We don't share your information.
Additionally, all reservations made require the use of a valid credit card or a Majestic Medi Spa Gift Card/Promotional Voucher number for it to be secured. No exceptions! Your basic credit card information will be used simply to confirm and hold your reservation. You'll be asked for your card and a signature once our services have been provided and billed. We don't keep your credit card information on file. Cash payments can be made, instead of a credit card, at the time of checkout. Sorry, no checks.
Majestic Medi Spa offers great value and excellent service behind each one of its Spa Menu Items. Because of the knowledge gained from selling/supporting the thousands of products on our website, we’re able to offer clients knowledge-based, effective skincare services. Our online booking system pricing reflects the current price for a majestic Medi Spa service. If you have a coupon or voucher for a discounted offer/service, you must specify that you'll be using it when you schedule your appointment. You'll also be asked to sign a form, before your service, that will outline any applicable service that will be provided and any other related charges. Please present any discount vouchers you intend to use in advance of your service.
Note: Majestic Medi Spa reserves the right to change, without notice, its official Majestic Medi Spa Menu service pricing. Any non-expired coupons, gift certificates or other marketing-related promotions will be honored, according to the terms listed on the promotion. Expired offers, however, will not be honored.
Please respect our schedule. Billing time for services rendered will begin at the scheduled time. If you show up late, we will not adjust the schedule to accommodate you. You will receive service for only the balance of time left in the scheduled hour/time frame, but you will be obligated to pay for the full service.
If you show up more than 30 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time, we will insist on a reschedule, unless our schedule allows us to accommodate you. If we can't accommodate you, we will charge you/your credit card a minimum $50 late/cancellation fee. This policy ensures that our Majestic Medi Spa and its Estheticians are fairly compensated for your late/missed appointment. This fee applies per person in multiple-person reservations.
All reservations are made in good faith. We expect to provide our service to you and we expect you to make your scheduled appointment. If you can't make it, you must call or email us to cancel your reservation no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Primary Dates/Holiday Changes/Cancellations:
Certain dates/date ranges during the year are considered to be Primary dates. These dates are premium, because they are our busiest dates. During these dates, we require a minimum change/cancellation notice of 72 hours (three days) before your scheduled appointment. If you don't cancel/change your appointment before the minimum cancellation time, we will charge you/your credit card a minimum $50 cancellation fee. This policy ensures that Majestic Medi Spa and its Estheticians are fairly compensated for your missed appointment. This fee applies per person in multiple-person reservations.
Primary Dates are Christmas Week, New Year's Week, Valentine's Day Week, Mother's Day Week.
Majestic Medi Spa Store/Product Returns:
Product sold through our Majestic Medi Spa products (local store) are supported by our Majesticmedisp.com returns/exchanges policy.
Any requests or information regarding a purchased Majestic Medi Spa Gift Card or Gift Voucher must be made by the person that paid for it. Privacy laws don't allow otherwise. We can't replace stolen or lost gift cards or vouchers.
At Majestic Medi Spa, we pride ourselves on being a professional organization. Friendliness and respectful conduct is part of our general mindset. We expect all of our employee to treat each other and our clients with the utmost respect and care. Our employees are the foundation of our success. We expect that our employees will be treated respectfully by all visiting clients as well.
Therefore, in the event of any employee mistreatment, sexually implied misconduct or general disrespect by a client, we have a “zero-tolerance policy.” Misbehaving clients will be asked to leave and not return. A $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Cell Phone use in our Majestic Medi Spa:
Because of our working environment and the need to provide “quiet time” to our clients, we request that you turn off your cell phone in our Majestic Medi Spa. If your phone is left on during your visit and you receive any audible contact, we will ask you to turn it off/mute it/or turn it on vibrate. Persistent violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable termination of service.
Please don't bring children under 16 years old to your appointment. Services cannot be performed on children under age 16. Children ages 16 to 17 are eligible for services, with the written consent of a parent or official guardian.

Returns/Exchanges Process & Policy
Unopened/Unused Product Guarantee
If you change your mind or you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product/products to Majestic Medi Spa for a full refund. Returns or exchanges must be unused, in the original packaging and in the state that you received them. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date.
Partially Used Product Guarantee
We want our customers to be happy with our treatment systems and individual products. If you’ve tried a product and you’re unhappy with the results, we’ll share the cost. Simply return the open/partially used product within 30 days of your purchase for a 50 percent refund off your original purchase price, applied as a store credit.
Refunds will be applied as a store credit only. No credit card or cash refunds. Refunds/store credits don't include a partial refund of original shipping cost.

To return or exchange an item/items, you must do the following:
First, you must email us at customer info@Majesticmedispa.com or call us by phone Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST, except weekends and holidays, at: (832) 292-3851. We'll need your name, account number, email address, phone number and your specific order number related to the items you want to return. NOTE: This step must be done first, before you ship the product(s) back to us!
Once your item/items are approved for return by a Majestic Medi Spa Representative, you can proceed.
Ensure that the items being returned are unopened, unused and in their original “new” condition.
Pack the item/items in the box you received them in or pack the item/items in a similar shipping box.
Include all printed material and the Majestic Medi Spa packing slip.
Return/include any promotional/free items you received with your purchase.

Shipping cost on all returns are the responsibility of the user/purchaser. We suggest you use a major shipping service like USPS, UPS or FED EX. We also recommend you buy shipping insurance that matches the value of your purchase. We're not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged when returned to us.
All Items in our Return/Exchange process must be complete for your return to be eligible for an exchange or refund. We reserve the right to refuse a whole or partial return on any returned products.
Refused packages will be accepted for return, but user/purchaser will be billed a $20 service charge.
Shipping fees are refundable, only if Majestic Medi Spa shipped you a wrong item or the item was physically damaged in shipping to you by our carrier.
* Partially Used Product Guarantee- Items/skincare products that are greater than 50 percent used are ineligible for a partial refund/store credit. Eligibility for our Partially Used Product Guarantee is completely at the discretion of Majestic Medi spa and Majesticmedispa.com representatives. We measure returned product/products by weight and by volume. Repeat returns on same items/products or repeat returns from same customer will not be approved for refund. Store credits only on approved returns.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You'll receive the appropriate adjustment on your credit card as soon as we complete your return.
